Elaine K. Souder

A dedicated attorney with a practice primarily focused on insurance defense litigation, business litigation, construction litigation and general civil litigation. Has successfully defended and prosecuted property disputes, landlord tenant issues, family law matters, collections and personal injury cases in courts across the state of Ohio. In her experience, she has taken and defended over 200 depositions, resolved nearly as many cases at mediation, and assisted in the resolution of disputes and evaded costly litigation to the betterment of her clients.

Prior to her career in the private sector law firm environment, she served as law clerk for the Cincinnati Insurance Company focused on premises liability, employment liability, and car accident defense. An accomplished public speaker, she has successfully defended clients at hearings, depositions, mediation and trial.
