Ed Ciarimboli is a founding partner of Fellerman & Ciarimboli in Kingston, Pennsylvania. For decades, Ed has handled high-stakes litigation involving commercial trucking accidents, traumatic injuries, and wrongful death claims. He has litigated transportation cases in courtrooms nationwide and has secured substantial recoveries for people facing serious and life-altering injuries. His work focuses on holding negligent parties accountable and helping clients pursue the financial resources needed for medical care, rehabilitation, and long-term stability.
Ed serves on the Board of Regents for the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys and is involved with the Interstate Trucking Litigation Group of the Attorneys Information Exchange Group and the Trucking Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice. He is Board Certified in Truck Accident Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has also served in leadership roles with the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and currently serves as co-chair of the Trucking Litigation Group.
His professional accomplishments have earned recognition from legal organizations throughout the country. Ed has been named a Super Lawyer each year since 2005 and has been included among the Top 100 Attorneys in Pennsylvania. He has also received recognition from the National Association of Distinguished Counsel and National Trial Lawyers for his work in trucking and trial litigation.
In addition to his litigation practice, Ed frequently speaks to attorneys nationwide on trucking litigation, trial strategy, deposition preparation, and the use of demonstrative evidence at trial. He has presented at programs hosted by Trial Lawyers University, the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, the American Association for Justice’s Advanced Deposition College, the Ultimate Trial Advocacy Program, and the Attorneys Information Exchange Group. His published work addressing issues such as FAAAA preemption and trial presentation strategies has been referenced by attorneys handling transportation litigation across the country.

Since 2010, he and partner Greg Fellerman have led the Safe Prom Pledge initiative, speaking with more than 30,000 high school students about impaired driving awareness and responsible decision-making. Ed also serves on the Board of Trustees at Wilkes University and supports Ava’s Way through The Luzerne Foundation, an initiative created in memory of Ava Fellerman to encourage and support young women in pursuing their goals.
Raised in Northeast Pennsylvania, Ed values family, community involvement, and service. He enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren, and in his free time he enjoys fishing, skiing, cooking, and traveling with his family.
