Edward Canterbury serves as Managing Lawyer of Henderson Franklin and is Florida Bar Board Certified in Real Estate Law. He focuses his practice on commercial and residential development, real estate acquisitions and finance, title insurance, survey matters and commercial leasing. Edward represents developers, builders, lenders, government agencies, nonprofit organizations and national title insurance underwriters in a broad range of real estate transactions and development matters.
As Managing Lawyer, Edward oversees the strategic direction and growth of Henderson Franklin. Before assuming the role, he chaired the firm’s Real Estate Department and held leadership positions on several key firm committees.
Edward is a past president of the Southwest Florida Real Estate Council and a member of the Real Estate Investment Society. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties.
