Biography
Ed Spinella is dedicated to serving as general counsel to a wide range of tax-exempt organizations, including start-up public charities, social service providers, healthcare organizations, private foundations, social clubs, and trade associations. Based in Hartford, Connecticut, Ed is a part of Harris Beach Murtha, where he focuses on Nonprofit / Charities Law.
He has been involved in advising clients on groundbreaking projects, such as establishing integrated affiliated systems that encompass both tax-exempt and for-profit entities, as well as facilitating conversions between these organizational types.
