A practising lawyer and Director of the Procedural Law Department. Eduardo is a practising lawyer and a member of the Illustrious Law Society of Madrid. He has great experience in the Procedural Law of civil, criminal and adversarial-administrative jurisdictions as well as in arbitration procedures and in Information and Communications Technology Law. He has defended the interests of large national and multinational companies in court cases that have garnered widespread media coverage. He has been successful in all types of disputes covering, amongst others, contractual, extra-contractual, commercial, criminal, adversarial-administrative and insolvency matters. He defends clients involved in a variety of sectors such as telecommunications, real estate, hospitality and energy. Furthermore, he can rely on his distinguished experience in arbitration proceedings between some of the most significant companies in the country.
A graduate of law from the Autonóma University of Madrid, an MBA at Universidad Camilo José Cela. Along with attending numerous courses and seminars on administrative and adversarial-administrative practice, other noteworthy academic qualifications are the Masters in Advice and Consultancy in Information and Communications Technology at the Escorial – María Cristina Royal University Centre, and the Master in Labour Law Consultancy at the Financial Studies Centre. He also has significant training Security Governance in IT and also Information Security.
