Edgar Giovanni Morales Ramírez

With more than 7 years of experience in tax matters, in both consulting and litigation, Giovanni has been involved in important matters between taxpayers and authorities, both in administrative and judicial proceedings. His experience and knowledge in the area has allowed him to participate in the construction and implementation of various strategies for different groups, national and transactional, to reduce their tax burdens and fully comply with their tax obligations. Likewise, he has supported several corporate groups in the design and implementation of strategies to obtain refunds of tax favorable balances.

His experience is focused on: (i) the construction and implementation of various tax strategies and negotiation with tax and international authorities, (ii) consultations on tax matters at the local and cross-border level, and (iii) filing of legal actions and alternative defences and solutions to controversies.
