Edgar Burillo González

Born in Mexico City on January 14, 1978; He obtained his law degree (JD) at Universidad Panamericana in 2003, he has a postgraduate course on commercial law institutions at Universidad Panamericana, in 2004.Mr. Burillo obtained his LL.M degree from The University of Texas at Austin (2006).

Mr. Burillo worked as legal manager of América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V., as a senior associate in Bufete Carrillo Gamboa, S.C., as a foreign associate at Clifford Chance, L.L.P. (New York) and as a senior associate at Ritch Mueller S.C.

He has focused his practice in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, commercial law, financial Law, foreign investments, banking, securities, corporate finance and real estate.
