Ed Khalili

Ed Khalili is a leading patent attorney who advises companies on building, protecting, and leveraging intellectual property as a core business asset. His practice spans the full lifecycle of IP strategy, including patent procurement, trademark prosecution, copyright protection, trade secret strategy, licensing, diligence, patent opinions, and post grant proceedings.

Before entering private practice, Ed worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at Northside Hospital, where he participated in hospital governance committees, evaluated drug formulary additions, supported investigational clinical trials, and worked on pharmacy information systems and therapeutic protocol development. This experience gives him practical insight when advising healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical clients.
