Echo’s primary practice is insurance defense law, bad faith and insurance coverage matters. She has extensive experience defending insurance carriers and brokers in bad faith litigation, providing coverage opinions in commercial liability and other matters, and litigating declaratory judgment actions regarding insurance coverage matters.

Prior to joining Jaburg Wilk she worked at another Arizona law firm where in addition to insurance defense representation, she assisted clients with contractual disputes and commercial litigation. She has also represented both employers and employees for employment law matters including Arizona Wage Act, FLSA overtime wage disputes, FMLA, USERRA, and government entity personnel matters
