Duane A. Graham, was born in Mobile, Alabama, on February 18, 1959. He received his B.A. degree in 1981 and his J.D. degree in 1984 from the University of Alabama. He is a member of the Order of the Coif, and was Editor in Chief of the Alabama Law Review during 1983-1984. Mr. Graham was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1984, and served as Chairman of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section in 1996. He has served on the boards of various local and civic bodies, including as President of Mobile Opera, Inc. and as Vice Chairman of the Board for Wilmer Hall Children’s Home. His practice has been concentrated in the areas of oil, gas, and natural resources, oil and gas severance tax, trusts and estates, trust and estate litigation, eminent domain and condemnation law, and real estate. He is currently a Co-Managing Partner of his law firm, Armbrecht Jackson LLP. Mr. Graham serves as a temporary judge of probate for the Probate Court of Mobile County, and as an adjunct professor of real estate law at the University of South Alabama.
