These include murder in the first degree, attempted murder, first and second-degree assault, sexual assault, kidnapping, arson, and aggravated robbery. In private practice, he draws upon that extensive experience in every case he handles to develop legal defenses that expose weaknesses in the government’s case, as well as maintain effective negotiations that will yield the best possible results for his clients.
Mr. Eddy is a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He is licensed to practice before all Colorado County and District courts, the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court.
