Biography

Doug Sullenberger is a partner in the firm's Atlanta office. His practice focuses almost exclusively on traditional labor law, matters and advice, including representing and advising employers on matters involving development of and participation in employer-side collective bargaining, attempted union organizing activities, handling grievance/ arbitration cases, advice on strikes and strike preparation and conducting a day-to-day labor relations representation of employers before the National Labor Relations Board.
