With over 30 years of experience in structuring, negotiating and implementing mergers & acquisitions and other business transition and liquidity events, Doug leads transaction teams involving numerous levels of professional advisors. Doug co-ordinates the legal, regulatory and Canadian tax aspects of these transactions from the early planning stages to successful completion.
