Doris has over 26 years of litigation experience across the Gulf South and leads Galloway’s employment law practice team. Employment law is her center of excellence, supported by a background in insurance coverage, professional liability, construction defect, workers’ compensation, premises liability, and general casualty. A former Assistant District Attorney in New Orleans, she litigates in state and federal courts in Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, and Texas, as well as before the EEOC and state commissions. The first Hispanic woman admitted to practice law in Mississippi, Doris is fluent in Spanish and committed to paving the way for others in the legal profession.
