Dong Hun "Don" Lee

Don Lee is a corporate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Don regularly represents private equity firms, and private and public companies in mergers and acquisitions matters, including leveraged buyouts, strategic acquisitions, spin-outs, minority investments and other transactions. He also advises clients with respect to corporate governance and other general corporate matters.

Prior to law school, Don served as a staff sergeant translator in the Republic of Korea Air Force Headquarters.
