Don Klawiter is Of Counsel at Sterlington PLLC in New York, New York, and has more than 45 years of experience handling antitrust matters in the United States and internationally. His practice focuses on antitrust litigation, cartel investigations, regulatory compliance, and antitrust counseling for corporations and senior executives across a wide range of industries.
Over the course of his career, Don has represented clients in investigations and enforcement proceedings involving competition authorities across six continents. He has substantial experience advising companies and executives in matters involving international cartel investigations, civil litigation, government inquiries, and compliance strategies.
Before joining Sterlington PLLC, Don was a partner at Morgan Lewis, Mayer Brown, and Sheppard Mullin. Earlier in his career, he served with the U.S. Department of Justice as an antitrust prosecutor and as Chief of the Dallas Office.
