Dominique STUCKI is a partner in our Banking - Finance and Corporate Law - M&A - Private Equity departments. He divides his time between our Lille and Paris offices. He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate counseling, in particular with financial players (banks, ISPs, PSPs, asset managers, funds, intermediaries and platforms). He is an active member of the Finance Innovation Cluster and is one of the leading lawyers of the FinTech and PropTech and is ranked among the best advisors by Chambers & Partners FinTech Legal in France. He sits on several associations and working groups in these fields and is the author of numerous publications on these subjects (including the Thomson Reuters FinTech Guide - France).His activity also includes advising on the creation of funds (private equity and real estate) and on fund raising (including on the stock exchange or at ICOs), acquisitions or disposals. Dominique Stucki also has a proven practice in stock market litigation.Dominique Stucki holds a post-graduate degree (DESS) in business law and a post-graduate degree (DEA) in European law. He is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur d'Interprétariat et de Traduction de Paris and works in French, English and German.
