Dominik Roters

Dr. Dominik Roters is a Managing and Equity Partner at Dierks+Company. As the long-time head of the legal department and deputy managing director of the Joint Federal Committee (G-BA), he draws on extensive knowledge of the system and many years of experience in decision-making within self-governing bodies. He played a leading role in shaping the G-BA’s rules of procedure and bylaws throughout his tenure. He has also demonstrated his deep legal understanding of medical law through numerous commentaries in the Beck-online Comprehensive Commentary on SGB V and a teaching position at Charité.
