Dominik Diemann

Former Eintracht Frankfurt player Dominik Diemann has been advising and representing companies in all areas of real estate law on behalf of FPS since 2019. His work includes drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements and supplements, as well as contracts for asset, property, and facility management. Legal real estate asset management also covers the enforcement and defence of contentious claims in court. He advises clients on real estate transactions and provides consultancy and forensic expertise in brokerage law. Diemann is a lecturer at the Südwestdeutsche Fachakademie der Immobilienwirtschaft e. V. and regularly publishes specialist articles on real estate law topics.
