Dominic practices in regulatory law, disciplinary law, and criminal business law, with particular expertise in economic crimes. With nearly 35 years of experience working with public authorities, including 17 years with the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions (DCPP), he has a solid understanding of regulatory issues businesses face and has gained extensive experience in court.
Providing both preventive and defensive services, Dominic assists and advises his clients on their regulatory and administrative compliance, and defends their interests before the courts against the penal and regulatory provisions of the Quebec Securities Act (AMF), the Federal Competition Act, and the Excise Act. He also supports any professional regulated by a professional order, both in an advisory and defensive capacity.
Eager to educate the next generation on criminal law issues, Dominic taught criminal law as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Montreal as part of the moot court program between 2001 and 2012.
