Diego Cortina Escalante

Born in Mexico City on August 27, 1988; He obtained his law degree (JD) at Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, in 2013 where he graduated with highest honors; additionally holds a diploma in corporate finance taught by the same University in 2021.

Mr. Cortina has been in our firm since 2009, focusing his professional practice representing national and international companies on matters related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, financial Law, banking, securities, and corporate finance.

Mr. Cortina worked as a foreign associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell, LLP, in New York City (2016 - 2017).
