Recognized in Best Lawyers since 2026 Diana Kruze is a prominent, internationally recognized arbitrator who specializes in adjudicating complex business, technology, employment, life sciences and health care disputes. She has served as chair, wing, and sole arbitrator in more than 300 cases, including multiple matters with hundreds of millions of dollars at issue. She sits on more than a dozen US and international panels, including the AAA, ICDR, CPR, LCIA, AHLA, WIPO, and FINRA. Her subject-matter depth spans trade secrets, licensing, biotech and pharmaceuticals, cybersecurity and data breach, telecommunications, satellite technology, and cryptocurrency.
Diana is a fellow of both the College of Commercial Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She has received numerous awards recognizing her legal work, including designation on the Tech List for the world's leading technology arbitrators, Best Lawyers in Arbitration, the National Law Journal's Trailblazers Award, the Daily Journal's Top 40 Under 40 list, and Lawyer Network's International Arbitration & Mediation Expert of the Year.
Prior to becoming a full-time arbitrator, Diana was a litigation partner at an AmLaw top 50 firm, where she worked on everything from patent to financial services cases. She was then appointed as a full-time judicial officer with the California Superior Court.
In her spare time, Diana is an adjunct professor at her former law school and serves on several boards, including the ADR section of the California Lawyer’s Association, several state bar committees, and the AAA Women’s Resource Group.
