Devin Itterman

Devin has a commercial and real estate practice with a focus on purchase and sale transactions, financings, corporate matters, condominium developments, and commercial and residential leasing. He also advises on a variety of development-related matters.

Devin works with a broad range of clients, including business owners, lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, and commercial developers. His experience includes acting on major housing developments in Calgary and Fort McMurray, advising on hospitality agreements for the Vancouver Olympics, and handling the purchase and sale of numerous businesses, such as restaurants, hotels, medical practices, and pharmacies.
