Devika Persaud

Devika Persaud is Of Counsel to the Sills Cummis & Gross Intellectual Property Practice Group. Her practice focuses on developing and protecting clients’ intellectual property rights and enforcing and defending those rights in federal court and proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). She also regularly assists clients through trademark clearance and prelitigation enforcement and defense efforts.
