The primary focus of Dr. Anno Haberer’s work is advising on antitrust law covering both antitrust violation and merger control proceedings as well as on contract wording in line with antitrust legislation. Further important areas of activity are industrial property rights, in particular trademark law as well as legislation on unfair competition, IT and data protection law and employee inventions.

Gert Brandner studied international business law at the University of Freiburg and the University of Aberdeen. Whilst studying for his doctorate (Dr. jur.), Gert Brandner was an assistant at the Department of Business law of Professor Blaurock in Freiburg. Gert Brandner is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS). He is a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Esslingen and at the Stuttgart Bar Association.

Dr. Felix Klemt primarily advises clients in the fields of real estate, building and corporate law. His work focuses on project developments, transactions, corporate formation and structuring and advising young, innovative companies.
