Derek Waterstreet

Derek Waterstreet is a Shareholder in the Litigation and Risk Management Practice Group at von Briesen & Roper, s.c. His practice focuses on commercial, real estate, and construction related litigation matters, including contract and general business/partnership disputes, landlord-tenant matters, residential and commercial construction, and environmental issues.

Derek has broad experience representing clients in both federal and state court disputes involving contracts, personal and business torts, fraud and misrepresentation claims, false advertising claims, landlord-tenant matters, lease disputes, and residential and commercial construction matters. Derek also has experience in class actions and federal Indian law matters, including fee-to-trust land appeals for local municipality and county governments.
