Dennis has a special interest in disputes involving technical or scientific issues where he can utilize his engineering training. His practice includes the defense of manufacturers, retailers, and property owners in a variety of product liability, pharmaceutical, and premises liability actions. In addition, Dennis represents businesses in commercial litigation, contract disputes, and business-related tort claims, and he has significant experience with the complex legal and factual issues that arise in retrospective and loss-sensitive insurance premium collection disputes.
