Debra Dyleski-Najjar, Esq., is the president and founder of Najjar Employment Law Group, P.C., a North Andover, Massachusetts law firm focused on Employment Law - Management and Labor Law - Management. With more than thirty-five years of experience representing employers, Ms. Najjar provides strategic counsel and litigation representation on a wide range of workplace and employee relations matters.
In 2008, Ms. Najjar founded Najjar Employment Law Group, P.C. as a boutique labor, employment, and employee benefits law firm serving employers throughout Massachusetts and beyond. Prior to establishing the firm, she was an equity partner in the Boston office of a regional law firm with offices in Boston, Providence, and Concord.
Ms. Najjar represents employers in litigation and administrative proceedings before state and federal courts and agencies. Her practice includes advising management on employment policies, workplace investigations, employee discipline and termination matters, labor relations, discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour compliance, employee leave issues, and ERISA-related matters.
