Debolina Das focuses her practice on all aspects white collar, government, and internal investigations and litigation, primarily in the health care industry—including insurers, pharmaceutical companies, and pharmacy benefits managers. Debolina also frequently counsels and defends corporate and individual clients in criminal and civil investigations by the Department of Justice and Food and Drug Administration, as well as regulatory investigations and enforcement actions by other federal and state agencies in connection with potential violations of laws including the False Claims Act, Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Debolina leverages her in-house experience as the head of litigation and investigations at a multinational industrial public company to help companies align business goals with practical legal solutions while protecting financial realities. Debolina partners with clients to counsel boards of directors and management teams on how to proactively identify risk, establish strategies or internal compliance programs to mitigate those risks, and to conduct self-assessments on the effectiveness of those solutions. Debolina helps companies create effective whistleblower programs, anti-corruption policies, and employment policies and manuals.
