Deanna Ikari is an associate at Sangra Moller LLP in Vancouver, British Columbia. She advises clients on corporate and commercial matters, including corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions,securities law, and securities compliance. Deanna works with businesses across a range of industries and assists clients with transactional matters and ongoing corporate governance requirements.
Deanna joined Sangra Moller LLP as a summer student in 2017 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2019. Since joining the firm, she has assisted clients with financing transactions, business acquisitions and sales, and corporate structuring matters.
Deanna is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers.
Deanna earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Anthropology from the University of British Columbia in 2012. She received her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia in 2018 and was awarded the Rosina and Gabriel Iacobucci Prize.
