David Wagner

David (“Dave”) Wagner is a top attorney recognized by Best Lawyers in the practice area(s) of Immigration Law - Corporate.

Dave is a Senior Associate with Fragomen where he counsels clients on a broad spectrum of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters. He works with diverse organizations—including multinational corporations, research institutions, universities, and healthcare providers—helping them navigate complex immigration challenges and optimize their programs through greater efficiency and streamlined processes.

His practice spans a wide range of visa categories, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E visas, and H-2 classifications, as well as PERM labor certifications. Dave also has substantial experience handling immigrant petitions such as National Interest Waivers ("NIW"), multinational manager and executive cases, outstanding researcher petitions, and adjustment of status applications.

While in law school, Dave gained hands-on experience through Loyola University’s Employment and Immigration Law Clinics, where he supported low-income clients with their legal needs. He also contributed to the Loyola University Maritime Law Journal, publishing work that explored the intersection of maritime and international immigration law.
