David DuVal is an attorney at Spotts Fain PC in Richmond, Virginia whose practice is focused on Real Estate Law and commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States. He represents national retailers in the acquisition, development, and leasing of store locations, advising clients on matters involving ground leases, build-to-suit projects, reverse build-to-suit transactions, and sale-leaseback arrangements.
In addition to his work with retailers, David represents regional developers in the acquisition, financing, and development of retail shopping centers and mixed-use projects, including “big box” developments.
