David's practice in Bankruptcy Law involves the representation of secured and unsecured creditors, including advice and litigation regarding loan workouts, financings, contract disputes and related matters. In addition, he provides counsel to banks and financial institutions regarding creditor's rights matters, including commercial and corporate finance and real estate matters. His representation includes commercial loan documentation and the creation and perfection of security interests in personal property.
David serves on the Board of Directors of the Chesapeake chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, an international group of professionals who share a common interest in strengthening the economy through the restoration of corporate value.
