David S. Allman

David Allman is a business lawyer with Edwards, Kenny & Bray LLP in Vancouver, British Columbia. His practice focuses on Mining Law and Real Estate Law, along with general corporate and commercial matters. David advises clients operating in the mining, natural resources, and commercial real estate sectors, providing practical legal guidance tailored to their business objectives.

In his mining law practice, David regularly advises senior, mid-tier, and junior mining companies on domestic and international mineral resource property transactions. His experience includes option agreements, joint venture arrangements, royalty agreements, strategic alliance agreements, and confidentiality agreements, as well as related corporate, commercial, and securities matters. He has worked on transactions involving mineral projects located in Canada, Latin America, Africa, and Eurasia.

David also maintains an active commercial real estate law practice.
