David Reynolds

David Reynolds is the Leader of the Financial Services group. His practice is devoted to commercial and asset-based lending transactions, assisting banks, institutional lenders, corporate borrowers and funds in secured and unsecured lending transactions. A significant portion of his practice involves advising on cross-border transactions.

David’s commitment to legal education is evident through his involvement in various chair and co-chair roles for programs with the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association. David is also an active member of the Personal Property Security Legislation subcommittee of the Ontario Bar Association (PPSL) and the advisory board of Practical Law Canada. A member of the Ontario Bar Association, David’s accolades include recognition in well-respected industry directories. He has lectured at many continuing education seminars, including Ontario Bar Association and Law Society of Ontario seminars, and is a dedicated lecturer at the University of Windsor Law School’s annual Advanced Business Law course.
