David Polazzi

David Polazzi is Senior Counsel in Peckar & Abramson PC’s New Jersey office, located in River Edge, New Jersey. He serves as Vice Chair of the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate Law Practice Groups.

David represents and advises clients on a wide range of corporate law and real estate matters, including:

– Mergers and Acquisitions. Assisting buyers and sellers with all stages of mergers and acquisitions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, completing required filings, and addressing ongoing corporate governance considerations.

– Business Formation. Counseling clients on the formation and organization of business entities, including the preparation and negotiation of operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and other foundational corporate documents.

– Joint Ventures. Representing clients in the structuring and negotiation of joint venture arrangements across a variety of industries.

– Corporate Governance. Advising companies at all stages of growth on day-to-day corporate operations, management responsibilities, reporting requirements, disclosure obligations, and strategic transactions.

– Real Estate Transactions. Representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, including matters involving financing and related transactional issues.

– Leasing. Assisting landlords and tenants with the negotiation of industrial, retail, and office lease agreements.

David earned his Juris Doctor, graduating magna cum laude, from New England Law, where he was a member of the New England Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University with a double major in Political Science and Economics.
