David Overstreet

David focuses his practice on commercial litigation and professional liability. He spends a significant amount of time representing businesses and professionals in civil suits. He also speaks to organized professional associations about claim avoidance and mitigation. In over 25 years of practice, David has tried cases throughout the state of South Carolina in state and federal courts. He is a certified arbitrator and has been selected for South Carolina Super Lawyers® and The Best Lawyers in America® for Commercial Litigation. David is an active member of both the South Carolina and Georgia bars.
