David Mackenzie

David’s practice focuses on insurance coverage disputes involving Property & Casualty and Specialty lines (with particular emphasis on Cyber and Technology insurance). David has extensive dispute resolution experience both as a litigator in trial and appellate courts as well as in mediation, arbitration and negotiation. His advice is regularly sought by Canadian, American and Lloyd’s insurers.

David is a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Defence Lawyers, and he is a member of the Federation of Defence and Corporate Counsel. He is called to the Bar in Ontario, British Columbia and Washington State.
