David Hornstein is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Affordable Housing & Real Estate practice group. He works with a range of clients, from developers to public housing authorities, on affordable housing transactions.My focusI work with clients on a variety of affordable housing transactions, and I focus my practice on obtaining regulatory approvals from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”), as well as other federal, state, and local agencies.
