David Lewis

David was called to the Bar in 2018. Prior to that, he practised as a solicitor at Allens specialising in Tax and Banking & Finance. David was also the Tipstaff to the Honourable Justice White, then of the Equity Division of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

David practises principally in tax and revenue matters, including income tax, GST, fringe benefits tax, stamp duty and payroll tax. He appears both led and unled in Federal and State courts and tribunals.
