David Leck

David Leck is a Senior Associate in the Construction and Infrastructure Practice Group at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP where his practice focuses on complex claims and disputes, including litigation and arbitration across Canada.

David has represented a diverse range of clients throughout his career including owners, general contractors, sureties, architects, engineers, design professionals and consultants on public transit, mining, hospital, condominium, and other commercial projects. David’s experience ranges across a variety of project delivery models, including design-build, EPC/EPCM and P3 models, in relation to a broad spectrum of claims involving delay, deficiencies, breach of contract, insurance disputes, construction liens and breach of trust.

David also has significant experience representing insurers and their insureds in professional liability matters, coverage disputes and subrogated recovery claims.

In addition to his dispute resolution practice, David regularly collaborates with other members of the firm to provide strategic guidance on contract reviews, negotiations, and the bidding and tendering processes.
