David LeBas’ practice concentrates in the construction, agriculture, and banking industries. Mr. LeBas is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law. He handles commercial disputes, including trials, arbitrations and appeals, and transactions in his areas of concentration. Mr. LeBas is a recipient of the 2016 Excellence in Agricultural Law Award from the American Agricultural Law Association. He is a past president of the Amarillo Area Young Lawyers Association, a past director of the Texas Young Lawyers Association, a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, former chair of the State Bar’s Agricultural Law Committee, and a member of the Construction Specifications Institute.
