Biography
David L. Lutz is a past president of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He focuses his practice in the area of automobile insurance litigation and bad faith. Mr. Lutz is a frequent lecturer and has authored a number of books on automobile insurance law. He has been named by The Best Lawyers in America as the 2013 Lawyer of the Year for Harrisburg in the Personal Injury Litigation -- Plaintiffs practice area. This honor is only bestowed upon a single lawyer in each practice area in each community.
