David J. Mortensen is Of Counsel with Hutchison & Steffen PLLC in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Health Care practice groups. He has lived and practiced in Nevada since 1983, advising and representing health care professionals, organizations, and business entities in a range of legal matters.
David has tried numerous complex health care and general tort cases to verdict. In 2011, he served as National Coordinating Counsel for the hepatitis C mass tort litigation pending in Nevada state and federal courts. His practice areas include Litigation - Health Care.
David is licensed to practice in all courts of the State of Nevada, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
