David J. Levy

David proudly serves as the Managing Partner at Howie, Sacks & Henry. He initially held this role from 2014 to 2022 and reassumed it at the end of 2024.

David distinguishes himself among personal injury lawyers through his extensive courtroom experience. For over 25 years, he has actively conducted trials and arbitrations, advocating vigorously for his clients' rights. Due to his courtroom proficiency, many personal injury law firms in Ontario seek his representation as trial counsel for complex personal injury cases.

David’s well-regarded standing in the legal community has led to numerous invitations to educate fellow lawyers on personal injury law at esteemed legal organizations. He has had the honor to mentor upcoming legal minds at Osgoode Hall Law School.
