David represents and advises business entities, individuals, banks, other commercial lenders, and title insurers in matters relating to real estate transactions, entity formation, business acquisitions, commercial lending, and resolution of title problems and disputes. He has taught real estate law courses and has presented at a number of seminars relating to real estate law and mortgage foreclosures. He is a resident of Kennebunk, Maine, where he practices in the firm's York County office.
