David co-heads the Labor, Social Security, and Immigration practice group. He also has extensive experience in collective negotiations, with a special emphasis on the automotive manufacturing and energy sectors. David is recognized for handling complex individual and collective litigation, and litigation involving credits issued by social security institutions. Likewise, David has ample experience in mergers and acquisitions, ensuring the proper compliance with on labor matters. David was the President of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce (CANCHAM) in Monterrey. Before joining Sánchez Devanny, David practiced law at an international law firm in Monterrey. He is fluent in English and Spanish. He was named as “The National Expert” for his participation in the article Corporate Immigration 2018 included in the edition Getting the Deal Through 2017 and as “Exclusive Contributor” for his collaboration in the “The Legal 500: Employment Country Comparative Guide”. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
