David B. Éthier

David began his legal career at IMK in 2010. His practice covers all areas of civil and commercial litigation, with special emphasis on real estate law, construction litigation and security interests, including actions based on construction hypothecs.

Over the years, he has also developed a specialization in property law, as well as in estate law. His clientele is diverse, and includes companies in the public and private sectors, particularly general contractors, but also individuals. He regularly advises general contractors during contractual negotiations.
