David Kendall founded Kendall Law Firm with the goal of providing personal attention and strong client service to individuals and families facing the challenges that follow serious injuries. Based in Charlottesville, Virginia, he represents clients in Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs matters throughout the Shenandoah Valley and surrounding communities.

Over more than 25 years in practice, Mr. Kendall has represented injury victims in a wide range of personal injury claims, helping clients pursue compensation after car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle crashes, wrongful death incidents, and other serious accidents. He has served clients throughout Charlottesville, Winchester, Harrisonburg, and communities across the Shenandoah Valley.

A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Kendall began practicing law in 1988 after joining a Charlottesville personal injury firm, where he later became a partner. In 2009, he established Kendall Law Firm to continue serving injured individuals and families throughout Virginia with a client-focused approach to personal injury representation.
