Danita Glenn is a trial attorney with more than 15 years of experience representing clients in litigation matters, with a focus on construction-related disputes. As a partner at Kerrane Storz PC in Southlake, Texas, Danita works closely with clients throughout every stage of the litigation process. She is known for her practical approach to case management and her ability to advocate effectively during negotiations and at trial.
Danita’s practice centers on Litigation – Construction, including claims involving residential construction defects. She understands the significant financial and personal investment homeowners make in their properties and the challenges that arise when construction problems occur. Danita represents homeowners in disputes with developers and builders, working to address construction defects and promote accountability within the construction industry.
In addition to her litigation practice, Danita has been invited to speak at national legal conferences, where she educates fellow attorneys on trial strategy and presenting cases to juries in a clear and relatable manner. She previously served for five years on the Board of Directors of the Northeast Tarrant County Bar Association, assisting with the selection and scheduling of continuing legal education programs. Danita is also actively involved in mentoring attorneys within Kerrane Storz PC.
Danita’s involvement in the community extends beyond her legal practice. She volunteers at her church, working with elementary school children to help explain complex ideas in ways they can easily understand.
